The Opportunity: Senior Product Owner, OpenAEV Product Team
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our OpenAEV Product Team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of Adversarial Exposure Validation, working directly with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to drive the design and evolution of our cutting-edge OpenAEV platform.
Your Mission:
Translate User Needs into Actionable Features: Design and document functional specifications based on deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
Visualize the Future: Create clear and compelling mockups and user stories to guide development.
Collaborate and Drive Implementation: Work closely with the development team on a daily basis to ensure accurate and effective implementation of new features.
Shape the Product Roadmap: Partner with the Product Manager to define and refine the OpenAEV product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic goals.
Empower Customer-Facing Teams: Support Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams in understanding and leveraging OpenAEV's capabilities to solve real-world customer challenges.
Prioritize User Pain Points: Identify, document, and prioritize user pain points to inform the development of future functionalities.
Define Use Case Scenarios: Develop detailed scenarios to address specific use cases within the OpenAEV platform.
Champion Agile Methodologies: Contribute to the continuous improvement and animation of our product management methodologies.
Who You'll Be Working With:
Reporting to: Product Manager, OpenAEV
Collaborating with: Developers, Product Team Members
Interacting with: Solutions Engineering, Support, and other Customer-Facing Teams
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years in a Product Owner or Functional Analyst role.
Cybersecurity Expertise: Experience in operational cybersecurity (CSIRT/CERT, SOC, VOC, Red/Purple team, or Pentest).
Requirements Elicitation: Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear features and functional requirements.
Mindset: Autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative.
Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Communication: Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Language: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Bonus Points: Previous experience working on a cybersecurity product or open-source ecosystem.
