🎯 Your Mission

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be a vital part of our Customer Success Team, driving value and ensuring customer satisfaction across the EMEA region. This is a fully remote role based in France, where you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers, aligning our technical delivery with their core business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with support, sales, and product teams to ensure our customers achieve their security goals with Filigran's solutions.

🚀 What You'll Do

Own the Customer Journey: From onboarding and adoption to training and renewal, you'll guide our customers every step of the way.
Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, proactive relationships with key stakeholders across our EMEA customer base.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Partner with Sales to identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Be a Problem Solver: Coordinate with internal teams to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside Customer Support Engineers (CSEs) to deliver seamless communication and efficient support.
Drive Product Improvement: Collect and share customer feedback to improve our products and services.
Track and Analyze: Monitor key success metrics and leverage data to inform customer strategy and engagement.

🤝 Your Team

Reporting to: Europe Head of Customer Success
Collaborating with: Customer Support Engineers (CSEs), Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Partnering with: Regional teams to serve a diverse customer base.

💡 What You'll Bring

Experience: 3+ years in an operational cybersecurity role (CTI, CSIRT, SOC).
Regional Expertise: Proven experience supporting French and EMEA customers.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with security tools. Experience with OpenCTI or OpenBAS is a plus (training provided).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Remote Work Ethic: Comfortable and productive in a remote, async-first environment.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role is a strong advantage.
Analytical Skills: Experience with CRM/CSM tools, customer journey tracking, and success metrics.
Language Skills: Fluency in English. French language skills are a plus.
