🎯 The Mission: Senior Customer Success Manager (EMEA, Remote UK)
As our next **Senior Customer Success Manager**, you will be based remotely in the UK and play a critical role in ensuring the triumph and satisfaction of our EMEA customers. You will orchestrate the entire customer journey, acting as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to drive adoption, maximize value, and foster long-term relationships with organizations leveraging Filigran's groundbreaking open-source platforms like OpenCTI and OpenAEV.
Collaborating seamlessly with our support, sales, and product teams, you will align our technical delivery with our customers' strategic business goals, directly impacting their ability to defend against sophisticated cyber threats.

πŸ’Ό What You'll Drive: Key Responsibilities

Own and master the full customer lifecycle, from initial kickoff and seamless onboarding to driving deep adoption, delivering effective training, and ensuring successful renewals.
Cultivate robust, proactive, and strategic relationships with our diverse customer base across EMEA.
Proactively identify and champion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in close partnership with our Sales team, helping customers expand their security capabilities.
Act as the primary customer advocate, coordinating with internal teams to swiftly and effectively resolve and escalate technical and strategic customer issues.
Collaborate closely with Customer Support Engineers (CSEs) and our Customer Platform Architect (CPA) to ensure flawless communication and delivery in response to deployment and support needs.
Gather crucial customer feedback and insights, acting as the voice of the customer to inform and improve our product and service quality.
Track key success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine customer strategy and engagement, proving tangible value.
Undertake occasional travel to meet with customers, attend industry conferences, and participate in company events.

🧬 What You'll Bring: Your Expert Profile

**5+ years of proven experience** in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within the **cybersecurity sector**.
**Demonstrated expertise in Threat Intelligence or Exposure Validation** domains is highly advantageous.
Based in the **UK** with a track record of successfully supporting national and regional customers.
**Strong technical aptitude** and a genuine comfort working with sophisticated cybersecurity tools like OpenCTI or OpenAEV (comprehensive training will be provided).
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can evolve, demonstrating adaptability while maintaining a consistently high level of quality.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging confidently with technical and executive stakeholders.
Comfortable and productive in a remote, async-first work culture.
Hands-on experience with CRM/CSM tools, customer journey mapping, and a data-driven approach to tracking success metrics.
Fluency in English is essential.
