Your Mission: What You'll Drive
Strategic Customer Lifecycle Management: Actively shape DataGuard’s growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our cutting-edge InfoSec-SaaS product.
Expert InfoSec Advisory: Advise customers on critical information security best practices using our platform, building scalable Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) from the ground up.
Audit Guidance & Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner, expertly guiding customers through complex audits such as ISO 27001 or TISAX®.
AI-Powered Consulting Excellence: Leverage advanced AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, and exceptionally high-quality security consulting outcomes.
Revenue Generation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams, identifying and supporting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within our existing customer base.
Product Evolution & Innovation: Drive the continuous evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating valuable customer insights into actionable product feedback for our development teams.

Who You Are: Qualities for Success at DataGuard
Experience & Expertise: You have at least 1 year of professional experience in IT, information security, or compliance, OR hold a lead-implementer or auditor certification.
Passion for Innovation: You are passionate about technology, security, AI, and how companies can operate safely and efficiently in a digital world.
Foundational Security Knowledge: You possess a basic understanding of key information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX®, NIST, or other management frameworks.
Client-Centric Communication: You enjoy engaging with customers and excel at explaining complex technical topics in a clear, simple, and structured manner.
AI-Fluent & Adaptable: You are comfortable leveraging AI tools to work smarter, learn faster, and continuously improve your workflows and outcomes.
Bilingual Communicator: You possess excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
