What You'll Do
Drive the evolution of DataGuard by managing and expanding the customer lifecycle for our innovative InfoSecaaS product.
Provide expert information security consulting to our clients, leveraging our platform to build and support robust Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) from the ground up.
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the audit process for certifications like ISO 27001 and TISAX®️.
Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within our existing customer base.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our InfoSec solution by providing valuable feedback directly to our product team.

What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
Solid professional experience in IT and Information Security.
Hands-on experience with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2, or TISAX®️.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, project management, customer support, etc.).
A process-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
Up-to-date knowledge of IT and information security trends, with a strong interest in data protection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
Nice-to-Haves:
An IT-related degree or training.
Experience in the SaaS or Legal Tech environment.
