What You'll Be Doing: Drive Innovation and Impact
Actively shape DataGuard’s growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our cutting-edge InfoSec-aaS product.
Provide expert information security advice to customers, leveraging our platform to build and implement scalable ISMS solutions from scratch.
Serve as a trusted partner, expertly guiding customers through critical audits such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2, or TISAX®.
Harness our AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, and superior-quality security consulting outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams, identifying and pursuing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Drive the continuous evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating valuable customer insights into actionable product feedback for our development teams.

What You Bring: Skills for Success at DataGuard
Proven professional experience in IT and information security.
Hands-on expertise with key industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2, or TISAX®.
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, building strong client relationships.
An efficient, AI-driven working style, coupled with a proactive mindset to continuously challenge and improve the status quo.
A strong process- and customer-oriented mindset, focused on delivering exceptional value.
Up-to-date knowledge and practical understanding of current IT and information security trends.
A keen interest in data protection topics and their evolving landscape.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
