As a Security Engineer at Ramp, you'll be a key player in our mission to build the most secure financial operations platform. Your work will directly impact three critical areas:
Threat Detection & Response: Implement robust monitoring and incident response capabilities to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.
Security as an Enabler: Build security solutions that empower Ramp's growth and maintain customer trust.
Security Infrastructure Development: Design, build, and integrate security-focused infrastructure primitives into our products and development workflows.
Remediation Champion: Lead the charge in remediating prioritized security issues across our entire technology stack.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure, data, and DevOps teams to architect and deploy inherently secure solutions.
AWS Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and securing applications in AWS, with a strong understanding of Terraform.
Ownership Mentality: A proven ability to drive projects from initial concept to successful production deployment and scaling.
Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and a desire to master your craft in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers.
Experience enhancing the developer experience and security posture of a multi-service deployment.
