What You'll Do:
Identify and Secure: Pinpoint critical security surfaces across our engineering stack, from CI/CD pipelines to product endpoints.
Build Developer-Friendly Tools: Design and implement tooling that makes secure development the default.
Own Incident Response: Manage detection, triage, and response for vulnerabilities and security incidents, both internal and external.
Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with infrastructure, ML, platform, and product engineers to embed security into every stage of the development lifecycle.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track emerging risks in AI infrastructure, LLM pipelines, and third-party integrations, proactively addressing vulnerabilities before they become critical.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 5+ years securing modern cloud-native environments, ideally within product-focused tech companies, early-stage startups, or leading AI labs.
Expertise: Deep understanding of securing engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, service-to-service authentication, containerized environments, and public cloud platforms.
Systems Mindset: Comfortable diving into infrastructure code, writing custom security tools, and contributing directly to engineering workflows.
Pragmatic Approach: Proven ability to design and implement practical security controls that enhance security without hindering development speed.
Bonus Points: Experience shipping internal security tools or contributing to open-source security projects.
