What You'll Do
Lead Corporate Security: Take full ownership of Lovable's corporate security landscape, encompassing identity, endpoints, SaaS applications, email, and the crucial AI tools our team relies on daily.
Architect Scalable Controls: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable security controls, including passkeys, device trust, conditional access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM).
Drive Behavioral Change: Develop and execute engaging phishing simulations, comprehensive security awareness programs, and realistic tabletop exercises that genuinely enhance our team's security posture and behavior.
Elevate Detection & Response: Partner closely with our IT and Detection & Response teams to build first-class capabilities for detecting and responding to insider threats and account takeover risks.
Champion Secure-by-Default: Make the secure path the default and most intuitive option for our users, integrating security seamlessly into workflows without introducing friction.
What We're Looking Fo
Experienced Professional: You bring a proven track record of 5+ years in corporate, enterprise, or endpoint security within a fast-growing tech company.
Deep Technical Expertise: Your expertise is profound across identity (Google Workspace/Okta/Entra, SSO, SCIM, conditional access), MDM (Jamf/Kandji/Intune), and SaaS security posture management (SSPM).
Security-as-Code Advocate: You possess strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go) and embody a 'security-as-code' mindset, treating policies with version control, rigorous testing, and automated deployment.
Threat Instincts: Your keen instincts for detecting and mitigating phishing, social engineering, and insider threats are exceptional, including deep awareness of emerging AI-driven variants.
Pragmatic Security: You are a pragmatic problem-solver who masterfully balances robust security with an exceptional user experience, understanding when a control truly enhances security versus merely introducing friction.
Bonus: AI Security: Hands-on experience securing the next frontier: AI tools and agents in the workplace (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, internal copilots).
