The Opportunity: Security Operations Analyst
As a Security Operations Analyst within Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization, you will be a key defender in our distributed Security Operations Center (SOC). This is a hands-on role where you will actively enhance our security monitoring capabilities, respond to critical security alerts, and lead incident response efforts across diverse systems to protect Delinea's valuable assets. You'll leverage your expertise to identify, investigate, and prioritize security events, directly contributing to our mission of eliminating complexity and defining secure access boundaries for thousands of customers worldwide.
What You'll Do: Proactively monitor Delinea's advanced security platforms to swiftly identify, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents. What You'll Bring: 3+ years of hands-on, dedicated experience in a Security Operations (SOC) role. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Proven experience in developing sophisticated security alerts from logs and events to pinpoint anomalies and emerging threats. Bonus Points If You Have: Industry-recognized security and/or technical certifications (e.g., ISC2, GIAC, EC-Council, ISACA, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft). Work Environment: Why Join Delinea? Lead cross-functional coordination efforts during security incidents, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
Design, develop, and implement strategic security operations enhancements to continuously reduce organizational risk.
Collaborate with internal business units to elevate security posture and champion security awareness across the enterprise.
Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge security products and services under the guidance of security management.
Demonstrated enterprise-level working experience with a comprehensive suite of security technologies, including:
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
Network Detection and Response (NDR)
Vulnerability Management
Threat Intelligence
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Firewalls and Email Security solutions
Extensive experience in responding to and mitigating various types of security incidents.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical subjects to internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Experience with digital forensics, privileged access management (PAM), and penetration testing tools.
Experience developing and implementing security awareness activities and procedures.
Familiarity with common regulatory and statutory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
This is a remote position based in the Philippines, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM Manila Time. Please note that there will be a requirement to shift working hours twice a month to accommodate team meetings.
