Your Mission: IT Administrator - AI & Cybersecurity
Are you a master of IT operations, a guardian of cybersecurity, and an innovator in AI platform administration? Voodoo is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Administrator - AI & Cybersecurity to take the helm at the crucial intersection of our technology landscape. In this multifaceted role, you'll own critical functions that directly impact our security posture and operational efficiency, reporting directly to the IT Manager.
IT & SaaS Administration
Spearhead the administration of Voodoo's extensive SaaS ecosystem, including Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle, policies), Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and 100+ applications across multiple legal entities.
Command our MDM strategy, owning the Jamf and Intune estates across macOS, iOS, and Windows, from enrolment and compliance baselines to patching and disk encryption.
Serve as the ultimate L2/L3 escalation point for internal support, resolving complex endpoint, identity, and SaaS incidents that stump L1.
Champion automation by leveraging scripting, APIs, and AI agents to streamline manual workflows, adding genuine value to our operations.
Cybersecurity
Fortify Voodoo's digital perimeter by driving the identity hardening roadmap: implement session lifetimes, adaptive and phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access management, and conduct rigorous admin role reviews.
Own OAuth and third-party app governance across Google Workspace and Okta, establishing robust inventory, risk-scoring, and approval workflows.
Control SaaS data exposure, meticulously managing publicly and externally shared files and orphaned shares, while building the necessary tooling to maintain a strong security posture.
Contribute strategically to our Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) rollout, implement geo-based access controls, and enhance detection & response capabilities in close collaboration with the SOC and SIEM teams.
AI Platform Administration
Blaze a trail in Enterprise AI security by administering enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Google Gemini & Vertex AI, and OpenAI. This includes managing tenants, SSO, licenses, usage analytics, and budget control.
Safeguard our rapidly evolving AI infrastructure by strengthening the AI governance framework: define acceptable-use rules, establish data classification boundaries, implement DLP, and ensure comprehensive logging – proactively detecting shadow AI usage.
Administer connectors, MCP servers, and agent integrations, ensuring secure and efficient AI operations.
Who You Are: You're a seasoned professional who brings a powerful combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proactive security mindset. We're looking for someone who: Possesses 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT administration, infrastructure, or IT security within a fast-moving, multi-geography environment. Nice to Have: Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, Okta Certified). Has deep, demonstrable expertise in IdP administration – with Okta strongly preferred – and has managed Google Workspace at an enterprise scale.
Brings solid MDM experience across macOS and Windows, ideally with Jamf and/or Intune.
Exhibits demonstrable cybersecurity practice: you've truly shipped security work, not just studied it, particularly in IAM hardening, SaaS security posture management, OAuth risk, and incident response.
Has automation as a reflex: you're proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and adept at working with REST APIs and workflow tools.
Offers practical experience with enterprise AI platforms and a genuine understanding of the unique risks introduced by models, agents, and connectors accessing corporate data.
Can communicate complex security trade-offs clearly and persuasively to executives, and articulate technical workarounds effectively to developers.
Is fluent in English (required); French is a definite plus.

Cloud IAM experience on GCP or AWS.
