Join our Information Security team as a Cyber Security Architect / Lead and spearhead the evolution of our cybersecurity posture in a dynamic, technology-first environment. You'll be instrumental in shaping our security strategy, implementing cutting-edge open-source solutions, and safeguarding our cloud infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
Visionary Leadership: Define and execute the cybersecurity vision and strategy, aligning with overall organizational objectives.
DevSecOps Integration: Collaborate closely with DevSecOps and InfoSec teams to seamlessly integrate security solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
Open Source Innovation: Architect, implement, and maintain robust security solutions leveraging the power of open-source frameworks and technologies.
Cloud Fortress: Design, build, and maintain cybersecurity defenses within cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and OpenStack.
Risk Intelligence: Conduct thorough risk assessments, gap analyses, and audits based on industry-leading frameworks (NIST, MITRE, Cloud Security Alliance, ISO 27001).
Executive Advisory: Provide expert guidance to leadership on emerging security technologies, mitigation strategies, and proactive threat intelligence.
Strategic Roadmaps: Create and present executive-level security roadmaps for continuous improvement across people, processes, and tools.
Policy & Standards: Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices across the entire enterprise.
Innovation Hub: Conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot testing of innovative open-source security solutions.
Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize cybersecurity solutions and configurations to ensure peak performance.
Threat Simulation Mastery: Drive continuous improvement in organizational resilience through realistic simulated cyberattacks.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years dedicated to Cybersecurity.
Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Technical Prowess: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity architecture, threat models, vulnerabilities, and risk management.
Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud security platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), OpenStack, and DevSecOps pipelines.
Coding Skills: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Bash, and PowerShell.
Linux Foundation: Strong Linux fundamentals, including kernel, threading, processes, and APIs.
Open Source Arsenal: Experience with a variety of open-source security tools and frameworks.
Compliance Mindset: Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
Communication Ace: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on implementation of cybersecurity technologies in open-source environments.
Experience in a strategic advisory role, guiding leadership on security trends and investments.
Proven ability to manage sophisticated threat simulations and define effective countermeasures.
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
