Your Mission: Forge Security Resilience
You are the architect of our customers' success. Your expertise will bridge the critical gap between "signed contract" and "active, impactful security program." As a Human Security Consultant, you'll ensure every new customer embarks on their SoSafe journey with unparalleled momentum and strategic clarity, making our platform an indispensable pillar of their security posture.
Working within a dynamic, cross-functional team alongside Sales and Customer Success, you'll deliver a seamless, high-touch experience. Your ultimate goal: empowering our customers to move beyond compliance and cultivate a profound, organization-wide security movement.
Lead Strategic Implementations: Architect and steer end-to-end project planning, defining clear timelines and securing critical stakeholder alignment to guarantee seamless transitions for new customers.
Design Bespoke Rollouts: Facilitate engaging kickoff workshops and craft tailored rollout strategies that perfectly align with each customer's unique security maturity and organizational needs.
Empower as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a strategic guide, advising customers on scaling their security awareness programs through active change management, proactive enablement, and targeted training initiatives.
Cultivate Executive Buy-in: Partner directly with C-Level executives (primarily CISOs), HR, IT, and Communications teams to accelerate platform adoption and secure enduring executive sponsorship.
Ignite Internal Advocacy: Develop and nurture internal champion networks, supporting comprehensive communication planning to deeply embed a robust security culture within the customer’s organization.
Define Measurable Success: Establish realistic and impactful success metrics and reporting structures, skillfully balancing high-level executive vision with sound technical governance.
Monitor & Optimize: Continuously track early-stage KPIs and program progress to ensure operational soundness and strategic alignment, adapting as needed.
Deliver Actionable Intelligence: Provide insightful, data-driven reporting and actionable recommendations to enhance user engagement and significantly strengthen the customer's overall security posture.
What You Bring to SoSafe
Experience That Counts: 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS implementation, IT project management, or consulting, with a demonstrable track record in high-touch, customer-facing roles.
Bridge Builder: Proven ability to deftly navigate and translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business objectives for diverse stakeholder audiences.
Master of Complexity: Adept at simultaneously managing multiple complex projects and intricate stakeholder landscapes, consistently maintaining high quality and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Fluency: Native or business-level fluency in both Spanish and English, with the confidence and ability to lead high-level workshops and strategy sessions in either language.
Cybersecurity Acumen: A strong, genuine interest in cybersecurity, coupled with the technical aptitude to navigate complex setups and troubleshoot implementation challenges effectively.
Human-Centric Passion: A deep enthusiasm for the intersection of technology and human behavior, driven by a desire to help organizations transcend "tick-the-box" compliance and achieve genuine security resilience.
