The Opportunity: Lead AI Security from the Ground Up
As our Principal Security Architect, AI Infrastructure, you won't be managing audits – you'll be on the front lines, designing secure architectures, proactively hunting vulnerabilities, and shipping critical fixes. This is a deeply technical, hands-on leadership role where you will own the entire security strategy, product security, and cutting-edge security research for our foundational AI infrastructure, platforms, and products.

Your Mission: What You'll Achieve Security Strategy & Architecture Define, evolve, and champion Sarvam AI's end-to-end security strategy. Product & Application Security Excellence Lead comprehensive threat modeling efforts for our AI products, APIs, and critical data systems. Systems, Processes & Advanced Research Establish cutting-edge systems and processes to proactively identify and validate vulnerabilities across all products and infrastructure. Cloud & DevSecOps Integration Secure our cloud infrastructure, including robust IAM policies and secrets management. You will be instrumental in safeguarding Sarvam's AI ecosystem, covering a broad spectrum of responsibilities:
Design highly secure architectures for all of Sarvam's products and our API platform.
Implement BFSI-grade threat modeling and robust controls tailored for AI infrastructure.
Make pragmatic, data-driven risk decisions that intelligently balance research velocity with uncompromising security.
Own application and API security, including robust authentication, granular access control, and stringent data isolation mechanisms.
Drive the entire lifecycle of vulnerability discovery, remediation, and verification across our stack.
Perform targeted adversarial testing and sophisticated red-teaming exercises.
Conduct continuous research into emerging threats specifically relevant to AI systems and demanding enterprise use cases.
Seamlessly integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines, enhancing posture without hindering development velocity.
Significantly improve our detection and response readiness for potential security incidents.
You are a deeply technical and experienced security professional with a passion for cutting-edge challenges:
Adversarial Mindset: A history of participating in Capture The Flag (CTF) events across web, crypto, pwn, or mixed categories.
Vulnerability Hunter: Active participation in bug bounty programs, especially private programs for fintech, cloud, or infrastructure companies, is a significant plus.
