As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at Plaud, you will be a guardian of our innovative ecosystem, ensuring the integrity and security of our groundbreaking AI platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
Architect and implement robust cloud and application security controls across our platform.
Lead and manage comprehensive incident response and forensic investigations.
Proactively embed security practices and principles into core engineering workflows.
Continuously enhance Plaud’s overall security posture as we scale globally.
Conduct in-depth threat modeling and execute thorough risk assessments.
Expertly respond to and manage complex security incidents from detection to resolution.
Integrate security seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines and the entire SDLC.
Develop innovative security tooling and automation solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Demonstrable expertise in cloud security principles and practices.
Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and application security.
Proven experience in incident response, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
Strong scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash).
Expertise in threat modeling methodologies and security architecture design.
Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and tooling.
Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO.
Exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
