Your Mission:
As a Senior Security Engineer, you'll be the guardian of our digital assets, responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security controls across Pacific Fusion's SaaS applications, endpoint devices, and mobile device management environment. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our critical business applications are securely configured, MDM policies are rigorously enforced, and all company-owned and BYOD devices meet our stringent security requirements.
What You'll Do:
Fortify SaaS Applications: Configure and maintain robust security settings for critical SaaS applications (e.g., identity, collaboration, productivity, and business operations platforms).
Command Device Security: Manage and enforce MDM policies for both company-owned and BYOD devices, ensuring compliance and data protection.
Harden Endpoints: Oversee endpoint security for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, including proactive patching, robust encryption, and cutting-edge threat protection.
Implement Access Control: Design and maintain secure authentication and access control policies, leveraging MFA and conditional access to safeguard our resources.
Conduct Security Reviews: Perform regular security assessments of SaaS configurations and device compliance reports to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Respond to Incidents: Monitor for security incidents across endpoints, mobile devices, and SaaS applications; swiftly investigate and remediate issues to minimize impact.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure security policies align with operational needs and foster a security-conscious culture.
Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of security controls, policies, and incident response procedures.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT security, endpoint management, or related fields.
MDM Expertise: Proven experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Kandji) for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance management.
SaaS Security Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS application administration and security configuration best practices.
IAM Proficiency: Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), MFA, and conditional access policies.
Endpoint Protection Skills: Solid understanding of endpoint protection technologies, patch management, and encryption techniques.
Incident Response Capabilities: Demonstrated experience investigating and remediating security incidents.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Bonus Points:
Experience with security assessments and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Experience with SIEM tools or centralized logging platforms.
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python).
Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft Security Operations Analyst, CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
