About the Role
Are you a seasoned intelligence professional ready to tackle dynamic threats and protect a cutting-edge organization? As a Protective Intelligence & Threat Analyst, you'll be on the front lines, monitoring open-source intelligence, social media, and the dark web to identify and analyze physical security threats. You'll also track geopolitical developments relevant to our industry, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging risks.
Your mission? To proactively identify and investigate violent or disruptive threats from diverse sources, initiate and maintain persons of interest investigations, and deliver thorough, risk-based intelligence assessments. Your insights will be critical in promptly addressing security concerns and ensuring the safety of our people and assets.
This role is based in London or Dublin. We offer a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and relocation assistance to new employees.
What You'll Do:
Analyze OSINT data to catalog and manage information, enhancing discoverability and retrieval for dissemination.
Research, assess, and acquire publicly available information to address intelligence gaps.
Identify and investigate physical threats to our company using web-based tools and OSINT techniques.
Conduct persons of interest (POI) investigations to assess the credibility and severity of threats to executives and at-risk personnel. Provide risk mitigation recommendations to Corporate Security and cross-functional partners.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential physical security threats and risks to personnel, assets, and operations.
Collaborate with the team to prepare and disseminate intelligence briefings and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Leverage advanced analytical tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of threat assessments and security investigations.
Maintain protocols, procedures, and methodologies for protective intelligence gathering, analysis, assessment, and dissemination.
Develop and maintain intelligence-sharing relationships, both internally and externally, to enhance overall security efforts.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience conducting threat investigations and intelligence analysis.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple variables while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize intelligence from various sources into clear and concise risk assessments for diverse audiences, including technical experts and senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic, and distributed team.
Experience engaging and building partnerships with stakeholders across Communications, Government Relations, People, Legal, and Information Security.
Knowledge of Ontic integrated research, threat detection, & case management software.
Experience with the ATAP threat assessment process.
Flexibility to work an atypical schedule and be on-call for crises and emergencies on some nights and weekends.
