The Mission: Corporate Security Engineer
As a Corporate Security Engineer at OnePay, you'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing our corporate security infrastructure. You'll not only strengthen our security posture but also drive operational efficiency across our business systems and internal tooling.
This isn't just a security role; it's a chance to be a security innovator. You'll champion automation, self-service, and secure-by-default principles in everything you build, ensuring our systems are both highly secure and incredibly usable as we rapidly scale.
Your Impact:
IAM Architect: Lead and mature Identity & Access Management (IAM) across AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, and various SaaS platforms, establishing robust authentication and authorization controls.
Endpoint Security Expert: Design and maintain macOS security baselines, MDM configurations, EDR coverage, and vulnerability management programs to protect our endpoints from evolving threats.
SaaS Security Hardening: Harden our SaaS applications by rigorously evaluating vendor security capabilities and implementing secure configurations or custom tooling to mitigate risks.
Data Guardian: Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies, ensuring secure data handling and establishing safe internal/external data-sharing methods to prevent sensitive information leaks.
Automation Engineer: Build robust automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) solutions to standardize security and corporate systems, ensuring consistent and repeatable deployments.
Systems Owner: Own and maintain critical corporate systems, guaranteeing their reliability, scalability, and smooth updates to support business operations effectively.
Compliance Champion: Ensure all IT solutions are user-friendly, secure, and compliant with both company policies and relevant regulatory standards, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
Global Security Partner: Collaborate with BPO and Customer Operations teams to manage security and IT operations for agents distributed across global locations, ensuring consistent security practices across our footprint.
Incident Responder: Serve as an escalation point for complex IT system issues, providing expert support and contributing to the IT service queue as needed to ensure minimal disruption.
Efficiency Optimizer: Optimize business systems and internal workflows to improve overall efficiency, enhance productivity, and maximize cost-effectiveness, driving business value.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in cloud-focused enterprise security roles.
Proven experience administering and supporting Windows environments, including Azure and Intune management.
Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).
Significant experience with macOS management tools (Jamf Pro/MDM) and cloud platforms.
Deep expertise in AWS IAM, SaaS integrations, Google Workspace, Okta, and Zero Trust architectures.
Proficiency in scripting (Python and/or TypeScript) and building automations using APIs.
Advanced proficiency with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
Hands-on experience with DLP and ZTNA solutions (Netskope, Zscaler, etc.).
