The Opportunity: Security Engineer
This isn't just a role; it's a chance to be the architect of our security future. We're seeking a Security Engineer with strong platform instincts to build our security foundation from first principles. You'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and scaling our secure-by-default systems across identity, infrastructure, and data, ensuring security is an enabler, not a blocker, for our rapidly expanding engineering teams.

What You'll Build & Delive
Architect and implement sophisticated identity and access management systems (IdP, IAM-based auth, SSO).
Centralize and fortify secrets management solutions, encompassing rotation, least privilege, and comprehensive auditing.
Engineer robust cloud security controls across AWS, focusing on data protection and access guardrails.
Develop and optimize security observability pipelines, including logging, SIEM integration, and advanced detection mechanisms.
Drive infrastructure security excellence through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and GitOps principles.
Elevate application security, enhancing authentication, API protection, and multi-tenant isolation.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to transform security into automated, developer-friendly systems.
Define and execute a forward-thinking security architecture roadmap that scales with our growth.
What You'll Bring
A strong background in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud security. AWS services (IAM, RDS, networking). Proven experience building: Identity systems (SSO, IAM, IdP). The ability to design and ship end-to-end systems with precision and scalability. Bonus Points Experience with security tools like Wiz, Doppler, or 1Password.
Hands-on expertise with:
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
Secrets management solutions.
Exceptional communication and execution skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SIEM / security event pipelines.
Knowledge of Kubernetes or service mesh security.
Experience with sandboxing or secure execution environments.
A keen interest in AI / LLM security and its evolving landscape.
