We are expanding our Sales Team and looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with strong software sales experience.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity and device management solutions.Conduct field visits to meet clients, pitch products, and present demos.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and decision-makers.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions (MDM, EDR, IAM, DLP, etc.).Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Coordinate with technical and support teams for pre-sales and post-sales activities.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Participate in events, exhibitions, and industry networking activities.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in software sales (mandatory).Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B software or IT solutions.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Good understanding of cybersecurity, MDM, or IT solutions (preferred).Ability to work independently and travel frequently for field visits.Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.Self-driven, result-oriented, and goal-focused mindset.What We OfferCompetitive salary up to ₹40,000 per month + incentives.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing cybersecurity solutions company.Career growth in enterprise sales and partner network expansion.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
