About the Role:
As a Cyber Security Analyst, you'll be a key member of our Risk & Security team, responsible for securing our internal estate and the Immersive One platform. You'll triage incidents, identify root causes, provide technical expertise during incident management, and stress-test our applications against security standards.
Reporting to the VP of Risk & Security, you'll collaborate with IT Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure the security of our infrastructure. We value proactivity, collaboration, and analytical rigor. As a data-driven organization, your insights will be crucial in decision-making.
Your Mission:
As an individual contributor, your main responsibilities will include:
Operating and optimizing security platforms, including SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, and vulnerability management programs.
Documenting SOPs for security incident identification and response.
Horizon scanning for threats and suggesting mitigation activities.
Collaborating with IT Operations and Security GRC to build actionable dashboards and reports.
Managing our bug bounty program, including ticket analysis and remediation tracking.
Building a program to prove and improve cyber readiness at Immersive, utilizing the Immersive One platform.
Coordinating and conducting security audits of new features and performing internal penetration tests.
Taking ownership of our security estate, working with IT Operations to secure our end-user environment.
Managing vulnerability scans of our internal infrastructure and preparing reports for customers.
What You'll Bring:

Experience in a hands-on technical cybersecurity role, ideally starting in a SOC environment and progressing to penetration testing.
Experience with SIEM platforms or in a Security Operations environment.
Background in vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of web applications and infrastructure.
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware/software, databases, networking, security, software development).
Solid knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
