<li><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time</li>
<li><strong>Shift:</strong> Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST) to align with US Mountain Time operations.</li>
<li><strong>Compensation:</strong> ₹15 – 18 LPA</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 12+ years in cybersecurity leadership and engineering.</li>
<li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent English communication is mandatory for seamless collaboration with US stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Interview Process:</strong> Face-to-face interviews are required; no virtual interviews.</li>

<h2>Your Mission</h2>
<p>As a Lead Security Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our defense, spearheading critical security initiatives and guiding our operational capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Spearheading advanced security operations, orchestrating complex incident investigations, and managing L3 incident escalations with expert precision.</li>
<li>Designing, developing, and continuously optimizing sophisticated detection rules for SIEM and EDR/XDR platforms to proactively identify and mitigate threats.</li>
<li>Taking full ownership of the incident response lifecycle, from in-depth threat analysis and containment to effective remediation strategies.</li>
<li>Automating security workflows and operational tasks using your expertise in PowerShell and/or Python scripting to enhance efficiency and response times.</li>
<li>Leading the evaluation, proof-of-concept (POC), and strategic implementation of cutting-edge security tools and technologies to drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Engaging directly with US leadership and contributing technical expertise in high-level customer-facing discussions, representing our security posture.</li>
</ul>

<p>We are looking for a hands-on leader with deep practical experience across a robust stack of security tools and platforms:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Endpoint & XDR:</strong> CrowdStrike EDR/XDR</li>
<li><strong>Threat Intelligence & Email Security:</strong> ThreatMate, FortiMail</li>
<li><strong>Security Awareness:</strong> KnowBe4</li>
<li><strong>Network & DNS Security:</strong> DNSFilter, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Cisco Meraki</li>
<li><strong>RMM & Service Desk:</strong> Datto RMM, Zoho Desk</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are</h2>
<p>You are an accomplished cybersecurity professional with a proven track record of excellence:</p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or security engineering roles, with a strong emphasis on leadership.</li>
<li>Exceptional expertise in SIEM, EDR/XDR platforms, incident response methodologies, and advanced detection engineering principles.</li>
<li>Proficient in scripting and automation, with practical skills in PowerShell and/or Python.</li>
<li>A clear and confident communicator in English, adept at collaborating and coordinating effectively with US-based teams and leadership.</li>
<li>Currently based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate, as local candidates are strongly preferred for this on-site role.</li>
