<h3>Your Mission:</h3>
<p>As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li><b>Deliver Engaging Training:</b> Conduct dynamic classroom and online training sessions covering critical Cyber Security topics:
<ul>
<li>Information Security Fundamentals</li>
<li>Network Security & Firewalls</li>
<li>Web Application Security</li>
<li>Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)</li>
<li>Ethical Hacking basics</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Hands-On Learning:</b> Lead practical, hands-on lab sessions, utilizing industry-standard security tools like Nmap, Wireshark, and Burp Suite, to solidify students' understanding.</li>
<li><b>Curriculum Development:</b> Design, develop, and continuously update training content, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.</li>
<li><b>Career Catalyst:</b> Guide and prepare students for internships, projects, job interviews, and industry certifications.</li>
<li><b>Assess & Mentor:</b> Regularly assess students' progress through tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations, providing personalized guidance and support to address their individual learning needs.</li>
<li><b>Maintain Records:</b> Accurately maintain training reports, attendance records, and student performance data.</li>
<li><b>Collaborate Effectively:</b> Partner with Academic and Placement teams to ensure smooth batch management and provide comprehensive student support.</li>

<h3>Are You the Ideal Candidate?</h3>
<p>We are looking for candidates with:</p>
<h4>Education (One of the Following):</h4>
<ul>
<li>B.E / B.Tech (CS / IT / Cyber Security or related branch)</li>
<li>BCA/MCA</li>
</ul>
<h4>Experience:</h4>
<ul>
<li><b>Freshers:</b> Highly motivated fresh graduates with a strong foundation and genuine interest in Cyber Security are encouraged to apply.</li>
<li><b>Experienced Trainers/Professionals:</b> Experienced trainers and cybersecurity professionals with a proven track record will be given preference.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Required Skills:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of:
<ul>
<li>Operating Systems (Windows / Linux basics)</li>
<li>Networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Model, Routing, Switching basics)</li>
<li>Cybersecurity basics, common attacks, and security controls</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Familiarity with security tools and platforms (a significant advantage).</li>
<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Hindi (or the relevant local language).</li>
<li>Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and practical manner.</li>
<li>A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Bonus Points (Added Advantage):</h4>
<ul>
<li>Any Cyber Security / Ethical Hacking certification (CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.)</li>
<li>Prior experience as a Trainer/Faculty member in the IT or Cyber Security domain.</li>
<li>Experience managing student batches or delivering corporate training programs.</li>
</ul>
