Your Mission:


As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will:


  • Deliver Engaging Training: Conduct dynamic classroom and online training sessions covering critical Cyber Security topics:

    • Information Security Fundamentals

    • Network Security & Firewalls

    • Web Application Security

    • Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)

    • Ethical Hacking basics



  • Hands-On Learning: Lead practical, hands-on lab sessions, utilizing industry-standard security tools like Nmap, Wireshark, and Burp Suite, to solidify students' understanding.

  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously update training content, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Career Catalyst: Guide and prepare students for internships, projects, job interviews, and industry certifications.

  • Assess & Mentor: Regularly assess students' progress through tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations, providing personalized guidance and support to address their individual learning needs.

  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain training reports, attendance records, and student performance data.

  • Collaborate Effectively: Partner with Academic and Placement teams to ensure smooth batch management and provide comprehensive student support.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

We are looking for candidates with:

Education (One of the Following):



  • B.E / B.Tech (CS / IT / Cyber Security or related branch)

  • BCA/MCA

Experience:



  • Freshers: Highly motivated fresh graduates with a strong foundation and genuine interest in Cyber Security are encouraged to apply.

  • Experienced Trainers/Professionals: Experienced trainers and cybersecurity professionals with a proven track record will be given preference.

Required Skills:



  • Solid understanding of:

    • Operating Systems (Windows / Linux basics)

    • Networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Model, Routing, Switching basics)

    • Cybersecurity basics, common attacks, and security controls



  • Familiarity with security tools and platforms (a significant advantage).

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Hindi (or the relevant local language).

  • Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and practical manner.

  • A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Bonus Points (Added Advantage):



  • Any Cyber Security / Ethical Hacking certification (CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.)

  • Prior experience as a Trainer/Faculty member in the IT or Cyber Security domain.

  • Experience managing student batches or delivering corporate training programs.
