Fortify Customer Trust & Relationships: Respond expertly to prospect and customer security requests, meticulously review RFIs/RFQs, and deliver flawless responses regarding Docebo's compliance and security posture.
Lead Compliance Initiatives & Remediation: Take ownership of customer security questionnaires and proactively collaborate internally to establish and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for outstanding requirements.
Collaborate on Legal & Contractual Security: Partner seamlessly with the Docebo legal team to review Customer Agreements, Terms & Conditions, and Data Processing Addendums, expertly mapping client requirements to standard security processes.
Orchestrate Audit Success: Lead and actively support annual customer audits, working hand-in-hand with the GRC team during critical SOC2, ISO (27001, 9001, 42001), and NIS2 assessments.
Innovate with Automation & AI: Leverage your basic programming capabilities and cutting-edge AI tools to automate internal processes, significantly optimizing compliance workflows for efficiency.
Manage & Elevate Security Documentation: Organize internal compliance documentation with precision and publish up-to-date materials directly to Docebo’s public-facing "trust pages" using platforms like Vanta.
Mitigate Third-Party Risk: Support comprehensive third-party vendor risk assessments, diligently monitor security controls, and maintain robust management reporting dashboards to proactively mitigate external supplier risks.

Proven SaaS Security Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting security activities, audits, and compliance specifically within dynamic SaaS environments, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Cloud & Privacy Mastery: Solid working knowledge of leading cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCloud) alongside a deep understanding of critical data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA.
Framework Fluent: Deep familiarity and practical experience with key security and compliance standards including ISO/IEC (27001, 27017, 27018, 27701, 9001, 42001), SOC 2, PCI, NIS2, and CFR21 Part 11.
