The Opportunity: AI Security Architect (Senior Principal)

As our AI Security Architect, you'll be a critical force in integrating robust secure computing principles into our high-performance AI accelerator systems. You'll take a holistic approach to security, embedding features from the silicon level to the upper reaches of the stack. Your work will ensure our data center customers can execute workloads reliably and safely, no matter the scale.

What You'll Do:
Contribute to the hardware and software security features that will define the next generation of our inference accelerators.
Stay at the cutting edge of research in ML, architecture, and security, and collaborate with design, verification, and software teams to integrate new findings.
Translate customer security requirements into comprehensive threat models and mitigation features for our computing systems.
Work closely with engineering teams to seamlessly incorporate security features at all design levels.

What You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
MSEE with 20+ years of experience or PhD with 15+ years of applicable experience.
Deep understanding of multiple relevant areas, including:
Computer architecture
Secure computing
Distributed systems
Data center reliability/manageability
ML fundamentals

Hands-on experience with:
Authentication
Isolation
Encryption
Device signing
Servicing in data centers
HW-SW feature definition

Programming fluency in C/C++ or Python with a knack for learning new concepts and rapid prototyping.

Bonus Points:
Research background with a strong publication record in top-tier architecture, security, or machine learning venues.
A self-motivated team player with exceptional collaboration skills and a proactive approach.
