This role provides exposure to corporate security operations, workplace safety, facilities coordination, incident management, vendor engagement, reporting, and employee support processes.This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in corporate operations, workplace services, facilities management, security administration, compliance, and business support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Security & Operations SupportSupport visitor management activities and employee access processes.Assist in administration of employee access cards and workplace access requests.Coordinate with security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day workplace operations.Support monitoring and reporting of workplace security incidents and observations.Employee & Workplace SupportAssist employees with security and workplace-related queries.Participate in security awareness and employee engagement initiatives.Support workplace safety programs and employee communication activities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure work environment. Incident & Compliance ManagementAssist in incident documentation, tracking, and closure activities.Support investigation documentation and preparation of incident reports.Maintain records related to security, safety, and compliance activities.Help track corrective actions and follow-up activities.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and documentation.Ensure accurate record management and data entry activities.Support audit and compliance documentation requirements.Vendor & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with service providers and internal teams for workplace operational requirements.Support scheduling and follow-up activities with vendors and stakeholders.Assist in tracking preventive maintenance and service activities.Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Safety & Risk Management SupportAssist in workplace safety inspections and documentation.Support first-aid readiness, emergency preparedness, and safety awareness activities.Participate in risk assessment and workplace improvement initiatives.Assist with fire safety and emergency response preparedness programs. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent.Recent graduate (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-out preferred).Strong communication and coordination skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a professional environment.Interest in operations, administration, workplace services, facilities, compliance, or corporate security functions.
