As a Staff Corporate Security Engineer, you will be a critical guardian, defending our enterprise systems and employees from a sophisticated landscape of threats including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access. This highly technical role offers a unique opportunity to shape our corporate security posture within a dynamic, rapidly expanding global fintech environment.
You will be at the forefront of detecting, investigating, and preventing security incidents across a modern corporate ecosystem. Your expertise will span digital forensics, advanced incident response, and the development and deployment of robust security tooling, protecting everything from endpoints to identity providers and critical corporate IT platforms.

What You'll Be Driving

Lead end-to-end incident response for malware, phishing campaigns, and complex digital forensics investigations.
Architect, develop, test, and evaluate innovative corporate security controls for a rapidly growing global business.
Proactively hunt for emerging threats and anomalies by thoroughly analyzing diverse log sources and security telemetry.
Engineer robust security alerts and automated workflows to optimize and accelerate the incident response lifecycle.
Fortify our critical corporate IT infrastructure, addressing and remediating security vulnerabilities across identity providers, endpoints, corporate networks, and other vital platforms.
Champion the deployment, configuration, and optimization of cutting-edge security tooling with a laser focus on measurable impact and efficacy.

What You'll Bring to the Team

7+ years of dedicated experience in a security engineering or incident response role within a fast-paced tech company.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a closely related technical field.
Strong expertise with EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Crowdstrike) and SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk).
In-depth understanding of common attacker tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), coupled with proven ability to detect, prevent, and respond to incidents with high investigative depth and quality.
Proven experience securing cloud platforms (GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or other major providers) is preferred.
Hands-on experience with identity providers (Okta, Google Workspace) and cloud-based VPN services is preferred.
Experience securing endpoints, including proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tooling such as Kandji and Intune.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical security and software concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A passion for solving the unique, complex challenges inherent in high-growth startups and a self-motivated drive for continuous learning and skill mastery.
